How long does it take to ship the merchandise upon ordering?
We usually ship every Thursday when payment information is received before 05:00 pm EST. Our team is always trying our best to get all orders out the same day. we do not ship out orders on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.
Are orders processed or shipped out on Saturdays or Sundays?
No, we only ship during our business days.
How can I track my order?
You may check your account for the tracking number, invoice number, shipping charges, and details your order.
Do you accept COD?
We do not accept COD orders.
Do you accept international orders
No, we will ship anywhere in the continental United States.

If the merchandise is miscounted, contact us immediately to cross check inventory and resolve the issue.
What shipping courier do you use?
We use USPS to ship our orders.
How do I add items to an existing order?
Please email or call us and one of our representatives will assist you adding or changing items to your existing order if it has not already shipped. Also, please have your payment readily available.
What is your return policy?
Please refer to our return policy section. We suggest you read it before you order. While our volume of returns is insignificant,we do enforce our policies.
I've sent back my returns and the tracking number said you have received it. When will it be processed?
You will receive an email notification from us here at JBPersonalTouchDesign.com when we process your refund. Please allow 7 business days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to process the refunds and give you the credit. How often do you restock items?
For most items that were very successful will usually be restocked right away. For restock requests, please send us an email with the item number and we can give you a restocking date if any.
Can I have my order picked up at your location?
Yes, please contact us with your order number before your order is shipped.
What happens if I refuse my package?
If a package is refused by the customer and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost and the 25% restocking fee.
